The artist
Work that startswith curiosity.
Diane Kole is a Sarasota-based artist working across painting, plaster, clay, mural, and installation.
A practice in layers
Surface can hold a whole story.
Diane’s work is tactile and intuitive—rooted in the belief that a surface can change the energy of an entire room. From luminous mica and crystal walls to hand-carved plaster, each piece is made for looking closely.
Her work balances gesture with architecture, allowing color, texture, and light to meet in a way that feels at home in the space around it.
Every commission is shaped around its setting, balancing gesture with architecture and allowing the work to change as the light moves.
